NC State’s DeShawn Painter and Jaqawn Raymond plan to transfer. Painter is a 6-foot-9 junior who averaged about six points and four rebounds in 37 games with 30 games as a reserve. Raymond, a freshman guard, played in 11 games and scored nine points.
